Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total command over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mails from one email mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the email mailbox you wish to redirect emails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
